For consultants, taxes are quite a bit more taxing, pardon the pun, than they might be for the average employee. It seems that the government wants to deter tax evasion within the ranks of IT contractors and consultant. Personally, I think they may be just a bit jealous of the freedom we have but, that is beside the point. Use these links to help you keep within the law and out of trouble.
