SUMMARY:
Our client has an immediate opening for a CRM Technical Domain Specialist to support the implementation of Customer Relationship Management capability across the global organization. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in Siebel project releases and upgrades while leading with best practices to support business capability and user adoption across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supports the analysis of business processes, including recognition of the potential for automation of the processes, assessment of the costs and potential benefits of the new approaches considered and, where appropriate, management of change and assistance with implementation.
· Documents the conceptual view of the data required for an application system to meet business information needs, and to turn that view into a workable application structure.
· Models requirements (logical and physical), which can be done using pencil and paper, or a software-modeling package.
· Analysis requirements and data to convert business needs (expressed in terms of real-world interactions between people and things, requests and services) into unambiguously specified application capability.
· Selects, integrates, tests and documents new and amended COTS applications from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards.
· As appropriate, undertakes elements of the software development cycle such as analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation or improvement.
· Provides specialist expertise and practical assistance in the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of data in order to ensure its coherence, availability, accuracy and security to meet information and communication systems requirements.
· Specifies, designs and / configures SiebelOnDemand systems to support business information needs.
· Insures full software life-cycle best practice are applied.
· Maintains configuration control
· Owns the solution architecture from initial high level plan to drafting and delivering completed document(s)
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Ideal candidate will possess CRM consultancy skills, Solution Architecture and system configuration.
· Must possess Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise with 5-8+ years of experience creating and implementing full suite of CRM solutions with Siebel On Demand.
· Demonstrated proficiency in diverse facets of business analysis, Leads requirements-gathering interviews and facilitated workshops to find out what business information needs to be in CRM systems.
· Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Technical Discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science), or Business
· Previous consulting experience in a CRM deployment life-cycle program providing service request, sales, marketing and CTI service to customers.

- Applications: Siebel CRM Service Base 8.0 and Siebel CRM on Demand, eCommunication, Consumer Goods, Sales, Marketing, Tools, Configuration, EAI, VB, eScript; and MS Office Suite
- Server Components: Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM), Workflow Manager
- Web Technologies: VB Script, Java Script, HTML, XML
- Languages: Visual Basic (VB), eScript, Oracle PL/SQL, Smart Script, Databases: Oracle 10G/9i/8.0, MS Access

Our client has an immediate opening for a BEA WebLogic Portal Domain Specialist to support the implementation of a Portal solution across the enterprise. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in Portal project releases and upgrades and develop a technical application road map leading with best practices to support business capability and user adoption across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Specifies, designs and/or maintains configurations for Customer Portal systems to support business information needs.
· Documents the conceptual view of the data required for an application system to meet business information needs, and to turn that view into a workable application structure.

· Supports the analysis of business processes, including recognition of the potential for automation of the processes, assessment of the costs and potential benefits of the new approaches considered and, where appropriate, management of change and assistance with implementation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 7+ years of experience working with (installing, maintaining and developing Oracle / Weblogic portal based systems on enterprise level tools.
· Demonstrate BEA Weblogic Portal and Server * 8.x to current including Oracle Webcenter suite: Weblogic Portal, Portlets Development application knowledge including Design, Development and Administration of portal Applications.
· Training in Oracle 11g * Weblogic suite products or equivalent enterprise level tools
· Experienced in full SDLC (Software development life cycle) which includes System / Information Engineering, Software Requirements gathering, Systems Analysis and Design, Code Generation, Testing, implementation, maintenance and documentation.
· Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, workflow analysis and Technical Architecture.
· Experience with system performance testing, application testing and debugging defects in Siebel environments.
· Experienced using Weblogic Suite Toolset to modify applets, views, screens, LOVs, and links to meet business requirements.
· Experience designing and configuring user groups, rolls and views for global program.
· Experience developing application upgrade road map that is aligned with current capability and aligned with product life-cycle support.
· Prior responsibility supporting the management of technical resources in order to plan, estimate and carry out programs of implementing new systems capabilities work to time, resource and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards.
· Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution

· Oracle FMW (Fusion Middleware) development tools for BPEL, JAVA, JDeveloper,
· Oracle SOA Suite ADF, BPM, WebLogic\
· Database familiarity: Oracle 10 * 11g, SQL, PL/SQL, T/SQL, SQL Server 2005, mySQL
· Previous consulting experience in a Portal deployment lifecycle program .
· Experience working within diverse global matrix organization.
